Q: What products do you offer?
A: We specialize in uniquely designed lifestyle products including hoodies (starting at $29.99), tumblers ($47.99), spiral notebooks ($14.99), phone cases ($24.99), and tote bags ($22.99). All our products are designed to help you express your individuality and transform everyday items into statement pieces.

Q: Are your products good quality?
A: Absolutely! I personally test every single product for quality and durability before it goes live. Each item is carefully crafted through trusted partners Printify and Printful to ensure it meets the standards I'd want for my own family.

Q: Do you offer custom designs or personalization?
A: Currently, our products feature our signature designs, but I'm always working on new collections! Follow us on Instagram and TikTok to be the first to see new releases. If you have specific requests, feel free to reach out - I love hearing from customers!

Q: What sizes are available for hoodies and apparel?
A: Our hoodies and apparel are available in a range of sizes. Specific sizing information is listed on each product page, and I'm happy to help with sizing questions if you message me directly.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: How fast do you ship?
A: Most orders ship within 1-3 days! Once your order is placed, it goes into production (1-3 days) and then ships for delivery (3-5 days). You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the USA. I'm working on expanding internationally in the future, so stay tuned!

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We work hard to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible.

Q: What if my order is damaged or lost?
A: Don't worry! If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, reach out to me immediately and I'll make it right. Customer satisfaction is my top priority.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major payment methods including American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Visa. Our checkout is secure and powered by Shopify.

Q: Why are your prices higher than mass-produced items?
A: Great question! Our products are print-on-demand, which means each item is made specifically for you when you order. This ensures freshness and quality, but costs more than mass production. Plus, you're supporting a small business that puts love and personal attention into every order.

Q: Do you offer discounts or sales?
A: Yes! I occasionally run special promotions and seasonal sales. The best way to stay updated is by following us on social media for announcements about upcoming sales and special offers.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Q: How quickly do you respond to messages?
A: I personally respond to all customer messages within 1-4 hours during business hours. Customer service is incredibly important to me, and I want to make sure you feel heard and valued.

Q: Do you include something special with orders?
A: Yes! Here's what makes Left Heart Creations special - after your order ships, you'll receive a beautiful branded postcard with a handwritten thank you message from me personally. It's timed to arrive around the same time as your package or shortly after. It's my way of adding a personal touch and showing appreciation for supporting my small business!

Q: Why do you send postcards separately instead of including notes in packages?
A: Great question! Since some of our fulfillment partners don't support including message cards with products, I've created my own branded postcards that I personally write and mail to you. This actually creates an even better experience - you get your amazing product AND a surprise follow-up message that feels like getting mail from a friend!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What's your return policy?
A: Since our products are made-to-order, we have a limited return policy. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase due to quality issues or if there's a problem with your order, please contact me within 7 days and we'll work together to find a solution.

Q: Can I exchange for a different size?
A: Due to our print-on-demand model, exchanges can be tricky. If you have sizing concerns, please reach out before ordering and I'll help you choose the perfect size. If there's an issue after ordering, contact me and we'll figure out the best solution together.

Q: What if I ordered the wrong item by mistake?
A: Contact me as soon as possible! If your order hasn't gone into production yet, I may be able to make changes. If it's already in production, we'll work together to find the best solution.

ABOUT THE BUSINESS

Q: Are you really a one-person business?
A: Yes! I'm Olivia, the founder and sole team member of Left Heart Creations. I handle everything from design creation to customer service to social media - including personally writing every postcard message! It's a lot of work, but I love the personal connection I get to have with every customer.

Q: How long have you been in business?
A: Left Heart Creations launched less than a year ago, but it's been an incredible journey! I'm constantly working on new designs and improving the customer experience.

Q: Why did you start Left Heart Creations?
A: I wanted to create products that help people express their unique personalities. Too many products feel generic - I wanted to change that by designing items that speak to your soul and make you smile every time you use them.

Q: How do you come up with your designs?
A: Inspiration comes from everywhere! I use tools like Playground AI and Canva to bring ideas to life. Many designs are inspired by real feelings and experiences - like our popular "Hang On Let Me Overthink This" hoodie that resonates with fellow overthinkers.

PRODUCT CARE

Q: How do I care for my hoodie/apparel?
A: To keep your items looking their best:
- Machine wash cold with like colors
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
- Turn inside out when washing to protect the design

Q: How do I clean my tumbler?
A: Your tumbler is dishwasher safe on the top rack, or you can hand wash with warm soapy water. The double-wall insulation will keep your drinks at the perfect temperature!

Q: Will the phone case design fade or peel?
A: Our phone cases are made with high-quality printing that's designed to last. With normal use, the design should stay vibrant and intact. If you experience any issues, please reach out!
